Last advances in the development of an electronic device for measuring speech comprehension (equipment for hearing aid specialists)

par admin - 18 juillet 2013

In order to create an intelligent electronic equipment able to measure speech comprehension, a first step consists in the definition of the human perceptive and cognitive behaviours that the system will reproduce.

This step is now completed. It led us to elaborate a complex protocol for the assessment of speech intelligibility and comprehension in humans, which results — both in quiet and noisy environments — will serve this project as reference data.
